My Account allows patrons to:

• View the due dates of items you have checked out
• Put its on Hold
• Renew your items online
• Change your password

Activating My Account is quick and easy.

1. Click on My Account on the library's homepage.
2. This will take you to the log in page

Library Card Number or Username:

Enter your first initial + your last name.  The first two letters MUST be capitalized.

PIN Number or Password:

The first time you log in, this will be your 14-digit patron barcode number.  It starts with 250150000...

• STUDENTS - this number is on the back of your student ID, right under the barcode
• FACULTY & STAFF - contact the library for your number
• MDI RESIDENTS - this number is under the barcode on the back of your COA library card

Email library@coa.edu if you need help locating your patron barcode. 

View what items you have out, renew them, and change your password.

Using the Various Tabs

• Items Checked Out - see what items you have checked out, when they are due, and renew them online
• Holds - we are not currently allowing Holds
• Account Preferences - change your password and/or email
• Lists - not currently activated
• Fines - we do not levy fines
• Payments - click to see if you owe us for any lost books
